Can I take multiple Tapir products together?
Definitely. Our products are formulated to work together. That said, always read the label for usage directions and ingredient details, and consult your physician if you have any medical conditions or are taking other supplements or medications.
How should I incorporate Tapir products into my routine?
Consistency is key. Do what makes it easiest for you. We recommend taking Reclaim in the morning, Creatine around meals or workouts, and Rest about 30 minutes before bed. Make them part of your rhythm and let the habit build over time
Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
Each product page includes dietary info. Reclaim is vegan and gluten-free. Creatine and Rest are also free from gluten and major allergens.
Orders, Shipping & Refunds
How much is shipping, and how long will it take?
All orders are processed within1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. The shipping time may vary depending on the location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—we currently ship within the U.S. only, but international options are on our radar.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, but due to the nature of wellness products, all returned items must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@tapirwellness.com. We’ll do our best to update your address before shipment.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to manage orders, track shipments, and update your subscription settings.
How do I update or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and head to the “Manage Subscriptions” section. From there, you can pause, cancel, or adjust your delivery frequency anytime.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also view shipping updates directly from your Tapir account.
